It was a beautifully appointed hotel, I will be back. The room was well-appointed and brand-new, the pool was excellent. This accommodation had a residential setting in a residential area of Falmouth. Delicious and lovely breakfast, food was fantastic.
Though everything was very comfortable, some of the staff were slightly disorganised.

The hotel was fairly clean with very welcoming and really good staff with excellent service. The room was budget and airy, offered useful things, such as an electric kettle and refrigerators. Our accommodation was set in a secluded location right by one stop on the single track railway to town and outskirts of town. Also, Mary's Shell was 3 km away from the property. We thoroughly enjoyed spending 5 nights here.

The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a great area, close to garden, Penmere rail station and one stop on the single track railway to town, and lovely Falmouth. Really enjoyed staying at the particularly good and beautiful budget double room with usual facilities. They provided a wide array of well presented choices for breakfast that was included. Awesome staff and the location was marvellous and stunning. Besides, the venue was 2 km away from Bispham Parish Church.

We truly enjoyed this place, as it was the best hotel. The location was secluded, not far from severe slope, Penmere rail station and one stop on the single track railway to town and restaurant in the evening. We stayed in wonderful room with double bed that also had wake-up service.

It's terrific hotel with good views, ample parking at front of venue and heated pool. The location is great and beautiful and not far from main shops, the centre of Falmouth and Penmere rail station and one stop on the single track railway to town. One of tourist spots - Budock Parish Church - is at a walking distance from the hotel, really enjoyed that. This is like the best place to stay in Falmouth.
